Dementia-Friendly Libraries
Working with Florida State University, the Florida Division of Library and Information Services, and technical development teams, I led the instructional design and development coordination of an interactive, self-paced online training program to help library staff and volunteers recognize and effectively support patrons living with dementia. I coordinated the year-long project from needs analysis through accessible course development, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.

Dementia-Friendly Transportation
Developed through Florida State University's FSU REACH Program in collaboration with the Florida Department of Transportation's Safe Mobility for Life initiative, the project translated transportation provider needs into scenario-based learning, instructional videos, and practical strategies for safer, more inclusive passenger experiences. I coordinated the instructional design and development of an accessible, interactive training program to help bus and paratransit operators better support passengers living with dementia.

Teaching Adult ESOL
A 50-hour online professional learning course designed to strengthen instructional practices among adult ESOL and literacy educators across Florida and the United States. Developed in Canvas using ADDIE and Quality Matters principles, the course integrates research-based instructional strategies, collaborative learning, authentic application activities, and innovative uses of AI. Explore how I designed, developed, and implemented this learning experience, including the integration of the HII to AII Cycle to support AI-enhanced instructional planning and professional growth.

Teaching Adult Literacy
A 50-hour online professional learning course developed in Canvas to strengthen research-based reading and writing instruction among adult educators. Guided by ADDIE and Quality Matters principles, the course integrates literacy standards, authentic instructional applications, collaborative action research, and professional learning communities. Explore how I designed a progressive learning experience that moves educators from analyzing learner needs to developing, implementing, and sharing effective instructional practices.

Florida ESOL Teacher Endorsement Professional Learning
In collaboration with the Panhandle Area Educational Consortium (PAEC), I led the curriculum alignment and instructional design of five self-paced ESOL Endorsement courses, representing 300 hours of professional learning. Using ADDIE, backward design, and authentic assessment, I translated Florida's revised ESOL Endorsement Standards into measurable learning outcomes, applied instructional tasks, and standards-aligned assessments within the Schoology LMS.
